Services are provided by appointment. We offer self-pay services, as well as services covered by Medicare & most major insurance plans. See rates and accepted insurance plans here. We accept credit cards, cash or checks.

Our mobile physical therapy services are designed to target pain and provide relief quickly, not to drag out treatment. While we enjoy seeing our patients, the less we see you, the more effective our care is. You may need fewer sessions and feel more comfortable doing your everyday activities faster. We have a 48-hour cancelation policy, late cancelations will result in a $50 charge.  Payment is due at the time of service.
